Tuesday Overnights: ‘America’s Got Talent’ Leads NBC to Solid Victory

Ratings Breakdown:
NBC summer juggernaut “America’s Got Talent” remained just that, with a 6.3 rating/11 share in the household overnights from 8-10 p.m. ET. Comparably, that bested already renewed “Bachelor in Paradise” on ABC (3.3/ 6) by a hefty 91 percent.

Tops at 10 p.m., however, was CBS care of an encore telecast of “NCIS: Los Angeles” at a 2.9/ 6 in the household overnights. Second was NBC’s “Bring the Funny” (2.4/ 5), which slipped from the 9:30 p.m. portion of lead-in “America’s Got Talent” (6.2/11) by 61 percent. In other words, chances of a second season of “Bring the Funny” are very questionable.

Elsewhere, an original installment of Fox’s “First Responders Live” scored a typical 1.3/ 2 (#4) in the 9 p.m. hour. The CW featured sci-fi drama “Pandora” (#5: 0.5/ 1 at 8 p.m.). And the remainder of the evening was repeat telecasts as follows:
